Is based on indigenous National NGO for empowerment of rural communities for Hostalic transformation of south sudanese society. AHO was registered with ministry of legal and constitutional Affairs on 5th march 2014 vai registration number 2032 and RRC which is newly introduced is 380. The organization was concieved and birth out of the strong desire of south sudanese professionals who are mostly natives of south sudan to address the gaps in responding to grassroot issues due to cultural barries. In 2013, conflict flared up which resulted in many deaths and razed down many villages creating serious humanitarian situation. Later on a group of young men and women from the conflicting communities in south sudan therfore, the board members had been concieved in a discussion of the idea of an organization, which is homegrown that would work with grassroots in delivery them services and empowering them with development program

The core problems identified were as follows:

• Intra-ethnic conflicts among South Sudanese communities are deeply rooted in cultural causes and decades of local history; which can only be sustainably addressed by local organizations that have vast local knowledge of the root causes surrounding the conflicts;
• Grassroots communities are detached from government systems and lack understanding of how to use government resources and systems for redress of issues they encounter;
• Abject poverty in rural communities especially among the Youth and Women also fuels conflict as rival communities fight over scarce resources;
• The virtual absence of educational facilities and abysmal literacy rates are indicators of a deeper problem;
• The lack of training and exposure to other means of dealing with differences and how to turn the tide of poverty and violence.

The idea of a homegrown initiative for peace and development received support from community opinion leaders and professionals in South Sudan as well as the South Sudanese in the diaspora. Subsequently, Apai Zabibu was elected as the Chair of the Board and charged with the responsibility to co-ordinate mobilization of resources in support for the initiative. Thus was launched in 2014 and volunteers selected to work in four counties of central, western, lake and eastern Equatoria State. In 2015, wisely Justin who has vast leadership and management experience after he served as the Finance and Administration of Africa humanitarian Organization was elected as the Executive Director for good work in the organization.

• Provide access to essential lifesaving health care services and medical commodities including pharmaceutical services
• To provide access to safe water, promote practice of safe disposal of human excreta, to prevent and mitigate WASH-related diseases and practice good hygiene and sanitation
• Promote safety and dignity of vulnerable people through prevention and mitigating potential to their lives
• Provide quality lifesaving management of acute Malnutrition for vulnerable communities, and conduct food distribution, support food production and storage among local communities
• Improve living standards of vulnerable Communities through sustainable Agricultural production, post-harvest handling and storage of products
• Establishing an approach of education for sustainable life changing, empowers learners to take informed decisions and responsible actions for environmental integrity, economic viability and a just society for present and future generations
